What if my booking software isn't on the integration list?

Use the BCC method. If your booking system sends a thank-you email after a sale or appointment — and almost all of them do — you add your unique Recensify BCC address to that email. Recensify receives a copy and triggers the review request after your chosen delay. No API access needed, no developer required.

Can Recensify publish a reply without my approval?

No. Every reply requires your manual confirmation before it sends. There is no auto-publish mode and no setting to enable it. The AI drafts, you approve. That is the entire flow and it cannot be changed.

Does Recensify handle reviews in languages other than English?

Yes. If a review arrives in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish, Recensify drafts the reply in the same language. You can edit or approve the draft as normal. The platform detection and language matching are automatic.

Won't sending review requests to everyone result in more bad reviews?

The data shows the opposite. Unhappy customers are already more likely to leave a review unprompted than happy ones. Asking everyone normalises the ratio. Customers with good experiences are simply waiting to be asked — most of them never think to leave a review unless they receive a prompt. A single, well-timed request dramatically increases positive reviews without meaningfully increasing negative ones.

Is this compliant with Google's review policies?

Yes. Recensify sends requests to all customers equally, with no filtering by sentiment. Google's policy prohibits incentivising reviews and cherry-picking who receives review requests. Recensify does neither. The request goes to every customer from the connected booking system, regardless of whether Recensify predicts a positive or negative outcome.

Can Recensify generate fake reviews?

No. Recensify sends review requests to real customers from your booking system and drafts replies to reviews that real customers have already left. It has no ability to create, post, or simulate reviews on any platform. Fake reviews violate platform terms and consumer protection law in most markets.

Can I still reply manually from Google or TripAdvisor directly?

Yes. Recensify does not lock you out of any platform. You can reply directly from Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, or any other platform at any time. Recensify is an additional layer, not a replacement for your existing access.
