What's included in the free trial?
Everything. The free trial gives you full access to your chosen plan for 14 days — all integrations, the review inbox, AI reply drafts, and review request sending. No feature is locked behind the trial. No credit card is required to start.
Why is pricing per location rather than per user?
Reviews are tied to a physical location or business listing, not to the people managing them. Charging per location means your price reflects the actual volume of reviews you receive and the number of platforms you need to cover. Adding a team member to help manage replies should not cost extra.
Are email review requests included in all plans?
Yes. Unlimited email review requests are included in every plan. There is no per-send charge, no monthly send limit, and no add-on required. SMS requests are available as an add-on on Grow and Scale plans.
Are all 60+ integrations included from day one?
Yes. Every integration — Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Booksy, Just Eat, Yelp, and all others — is available on every plan from the moment you sign up. There is no integration tier, no integration add-on, and no plan that restricts which platforms you can connect.
What happens to my review data if I cancel?
Your review data is exportable at any time, before and after cancellation. Before your account closes, you can download a full CSV export of every review and reply in your inbox. After cancellation, your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can retrieve anything you need.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you for 10 months upfront and gives you 12 months of access — effectively saving you 2 months compared to monthly billing. The annual rate is shown next to each plan when you select the Annual toggle. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any time.
Are there any setup fees or onboarding charges?
No setup fees on Starter or Grow. Scale includes a dedicated onboarding call at no additional charge. There are no implementation fees, migration fees, or charges for connecting integrations. You pay the plan price and nothing else.
